Anyone wants Big Head Cheat in Arkham City?
So first method is here-
When Playing the game- Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Left, Left, Up, Up, Down (Quickly!)

Use Cryptographic Sequencer (No use for hacking). If you have got all radio signals, the just press L1 continuously. After some moment, you will be Big Headed.
